Abstract

The increasing development of the restaurant industry causes competition between business people, each business actor. This study was conducted to analyze and discuss the role of product quality impressions and price impressions on consumer satisfaction who visited the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant. The sampling technique in qualitative research uses non-probability sampling. The population in this study were all consumers who had eaten at the "Ayam Bakar Wong Solo" restaurant in the city of Surabaya, with 100 responden being a sampel. This study using multiple linear regression bassed the statistical analyze which is helped by SPSS 25.0 application. The results showed that the impression of product quality and the impression of price had a significant effect on the satisfaction of consumers who had visited the restaurant.

Abstract

The goals of each company will be achieved with a strong organizational commitment. Strengthening organizational commitment has the assignment of employee professionalism and appropriate leadership. The intention of this study was to affect the assignment of employee professionalism and leadership to organizational commitment. This study uses the census method with a sample of 152 respondents who are employees of a company in Gresik City. This study handling by multiple linear regression. This result of study suggest that employee professionalism will significantly shape organizational commitment. In addition, organizational commitment is also significantly influenced by the right leadership. Furthermore, employee professionalism and leadership are factors to form organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study intends to find out about the truth that incentives given to employees, effective leadership behavior, and existing organizational culture are thought to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment. The survey is conducted in the production department of a company. Respondents consist of active employees who work at PT. KJA which has 43 employees in the production department. The sampling technique is by census. Regression model, t test, and F test are SPSS-assisted analytical tools. The results showed that incentives, leadership behavior, and organizational culture were proven to have a role in strengthening organizational commitment

Abstract

Human resource development is take carried out in the journey with the times. This development is carried out so that the company's goals can be accomplished and the company is able to stayed for a long time. The dirrection of this reserach was to determine the aspect of self-efficacy and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this study are employees at a company in Sidoarjo. The sample with was 133 respondents with the census technique. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis used.. The results obtained are self-efficacy partially significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Self-efficacy and work environment have an effect on job satisfaction simultaneously

Abstract

The dynamics of HR management that continues to increase now should encourage management in every organization to change the pattern of HR management. Management needs to make efforts to maintain and improve their human resources. One of them is by creating employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of compensation and career development in employee job satisfaction. In this study, 46 respondents were used as a sample, which was carried out using the census technique. The analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis, multiple linear regression. The results show that employee job satisfaction is partially and simultaneously influenced by compensation and career development.
